If you purchased the Summon Night 5 physical + digital e-voucher during our presale and DID NOT receive your second email with address verification and the actual e-voucher reservation code, this is most-likely due to having an email provider like hotmail, live, outlook.com, yahoo, AT&T and affiliates, and others that will randomly delete email they think is spam without putting it in your spam folder. If you did not get the second email from us with your e-voucher code (this is NOT your PSN download code), email webmaster at gaijinworks dot com with your order number and request a resend!
The e-voucher code will auto-fulfill once we receive the manufacturered product and begin shipping. The e-voucher is issued simply as a failsafe in case something goes wrong with the auto-shipment on a particular order.
